The Parish Council of Saint Thomas Parish is a 12-member board that is representative of the parish community as a whole. The purpose of the council is to advise the Pastor on matters relating to the function and operation of the parish. In addition, the Parish Council is the coordinator of all Parish activities through its various sub-committees, including Finance, Maintenance, Family Life, Worship, Social Action, and Total Catholic Education.

A meeting of the entire council is held on the 1st Tuesday of every month. Meetings are announced in the bulletin.
