You may not even realize they are there, but without them, Masses and special parish events would not run smoothly. Who are they? The group of more than 25 men who volunteer their time each Sunday as Saint Thomas Ushers.

The duties and responsibilities of the ushers include seating people, crowd control at Easter and Christmas Masses, handling of special functions, and assisting people at the time of medical emergencies. The ushers attend all Masses on Sundays as well as holy day services. They have brief meetings as needed throughout the year.
